Which systems does NOCTIS run on?

Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. macOS and Linux builds are planned.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

NOCTIS switches to the free plan. Your connections, history and snippets stay. Pro features come back as soon as you activate a license.

On how many computers can I use a license?

Pro works on one computer, Team on one computer per seat. To move a license, deactivate it in NOCTIS under Settings › License or from your account on this site.

What happens if I cancel?

Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you paid for 12 months in a row, you keep a perpetual license for every version released until your subscription ended.

Does NOCTIS send my data anywhere?

No. Connections, passwords, queries and results stay on your computer. NOCTIS contacts our license server to check your license, sending only the license ID and an anonymous hash of your computer's ID, and GitHub to look for updates.

Can an AI client change my data?

Only on connections you set to Write. Every change is previewed in a rolled-back transaction first, limited to a row count you choose, logged, and can be undone from the activity panel.

I lost my license key.

Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout and create a new key. Computers that are already activated keep working.
